Love Not Landfill is a nonprofit campaign run by ReLondon. Their aim is to encourage 16–24-year-olds to cut down on fast fashion, buy second-hand, and/or recycle their old clothes instead of throwing them away in a bin.
Ealing Broadway will have a Clothes Swap Shop on Saturday, Februrary 18th , something they’ve been doing since 2018.
People are encouraged to bring in their unwanted clothes, exchange them for tokens, and later in the day, find some second-hand items.
This event also includes other craft activities for the whole family.
Ealing Broadway has been offering locals interactive activities.
Other events planned are the Ealing Vegan Fiest and the Ealing French Market.
Ealing hopes to continue making a “positive difference for our customers, communities and the environment.”
